Is there a hall fee above the price per person at Vanderbilt???? I made an appointment there and will cancel if this is true.

It depends which one you are going to. The one that is a Lovin' Oven facility in Oakdale does not have a site fee. The other one (I don't who manages that one) does.

Yes, but price depends on which one you are talking about. Vanderbuilt in Centerport has $5,000 site fee, as per their website. I was told when I went to the one in Oakdale the site fee is $1,500. The only 'mansion' I went to without a site fee was the deSeversky Center.

We booked the Vanderbilt Mansion at Dowling College in Oakdale and there is no site fee. If you have the ceremony there, they do charge you $1,000 but they add an hour to your affair.
