i went to the wholesale district in manhattan to buy vases for my e-party...I bought 12 large square vases for $85 but smaller ones were about $55-65 for 12 vases and even less depending on what size you want

Where is that and what else do they have? That could be a nice place to find a lot of stuff!

its in manhattan on 6th ave and theres stores between 25-29 street, the store im talking about in particular is B&J wholesale suppliers right on the corner of 28th and 6th ave.

I also bought 75 votives for $26

they have every size and shape vases, even martini glasses and unique type looking vases, ribbon for REAL CHEAP-200 yards for $3 meanwhile i dont wanna say what i spent for 200 yards at another store
I also bought organza bags for the wine favors from there

also ALOT of flower stores, its mostly whole sale flower stores in that area. They also have crystals and jewelry, baskets and other things used for decorations

Wow! They are all just marked as wholesale stores that you can just walk into or did you know exactly where you were going before you went?

Wow! They are all just marked as wholesale stores that you can just walk into or did you know exactly where you were going before you went?

EVERY store in that area is wholesale, alot of them do have signs that say wholesale. I had no idea which stores to go to, my friend and i just went there and went into every store. WE also needed flowers, me for my e-party and my friend was throwing a bridal shower

do they sell to individuals? or do you need like an ID or something?

they sell to individuals, both denise & i bought our vases there, mine were $65 for 12 long rounded ones, very nice~

Here is a great website for vases...I'm buying them from here for my table numbers.

Save on Crafts - Vases

My sister and I found really cute vases at Michael's for REALLY cheap... I think we got 16 for around $45.

We used them for my e-party and everything looked great.... Once I get around to it, I'll post some pics if you are intested!
