What section are they in? I have never seen them in the veggie freezer section at my S&S?

Hmph

freezer section, right by the Morning Star, Boca, etc. You should ask those biznatches for them. I think they will order for you. Where do you work again? I usually go to the one on Jericho Tpke by the Sears Mall.

while we are discussing Quorn... I also make chicken salad and chicken Caesar salad with these:

I work in Smithtown - I will have to check out hte one near the Smithhaven Mall and the one in Yaphank. I go to the one in Coram.

That looks SO GOOD!

Sweet - I pass that one on my way home from work. I have to go to Petco anyways.

Because of our living situation now, I only cook on the weekends.

I absolutely love to cook and I like to experiment.
I also like to take recipes (Giada's for example) and tweak them.

Some of my own dishes that are the Big Man's faves:

Porkchops w/ macaroni (My titi's recipe)
Stuffed chicken (I'll use anything from roasted peppers, spinach, feta, fresh mozz, provalone, prosuitto)
Macaroni with sausage & broccoli
Arroz con Gandules
Turkey Meatloaf
Salmon w/ Balsamic glaze

For DH, I also cook for 2 meals at a time, so... maybe 4 times a week.

Chicken Saltimbocca
Chicken cutlets
stir fry
stuffed chicken breast with feta, peppers, garlic, etc.
chicken franciese
chicken marsala
I make a great chicken salad.

he likes chicken.

Sometimes I will make ground beef, and taco season it up, then wrap it with cheese and crescent roll, make little taco croissant pocket situations. He likes that one. I think I will call them 'ghetto-panadas'.

Everything I make has an easyness factor. But I have no idea what it tastes like.

For me- this is my favorite-

with taco seasoning- then i make a salad with chopped romaine, goya pico de gallo, fat free cheese and fat free sour cream. Then I chop it up, and eat it with Snyders yellow corn tortilla chips.
yummy.
I live off these things-

Sometimes I eat healthy, and buy a basa filet from King Kullen, and cook it with lemon.

Ranting.... Its just CHAOS!

I am so bad.. I am breastfeeding Jack and also supplementing with formula and he's just starting baby food.

Gabe is the PICKIEST kid I know.. He really wont eat anything! So cooking for him is not even worth it because we argue and then it ends up thrown out :(

Anthony would rather eat a frozen dinner than I cook

And honestly, I am too busy working full time and cleaning up after my little piggies so I usually end up eating a frozen dinner too :(

Sometimes we will have sandwiches, bagels, eggs, cereal, waffles, cheese burritos, hot dogs, pasta.. Etc.. Things that are really fast and easy.

I was just telling my mom today.. Nothing frustrates me more than trying to please everyone at the dinner table

My family ate together every single night up until we all left for college.. I miss those big home cooked meals etc.

Ummm - never - DH cooks!

but now that I'm becoming maternal, I'm thinking maybe I should start learning how to cook!

I love to cook. Dh gets a home cooked meal usually 4-5 nights week.
Most of the time I use weight watcher recipes and dont tell him. He just eats 5 portions.
Some of our favorites are:
Veal with artichokes
Chicken cordon blu
Pork with apple and cranberry sauce
Pasta with shrimp in a light wine/oil sauce
Chicken & feta burgers with roasted peppers on a pita
Chicken sausage

I dont use any prepared foods like box potatoes or jar sauces.

Every night I also have a salad of some sort and a snack. Usually fat free pudding or low fat cookies and tea or hot chocolate.
