Recommendations on where to purchase a veil? I do not plan on wearing it the whole night. I think I want a cathedral length veil. Thanks!

Re: Veil
Where did you get your dress? Most places give a discount if you buy the veil there - I got 10% off mine buying at RK Bridal in the city (W 39th St - near Penn Station)...I didn't want to spend a fortune on one either and plan on taking it off at the reception.

Re: Veil
Update - went to tri-county and purchased a veil at Barron's. Wound up getting a tiara too! The woman was super sweet. Very patient and she even threw in a free garter! I definitely recommend using them!

Re: Veil
There is a place right on Merrick Ave in Merrick Just North of the Train station on the West side of the St.. It happens to be, if I recall a dress place for comunions and stuff.. 3 Yrs ago my sister went in there and looked around b/c they sell all kinds of veils.. We ended up ordering a beautiful veil for her wedding day. GUESS HOW MUCH......$50!!!! I was beautiful! if you think about it.. a veil is a piece of tule! I could friggin make one.. (not that I would try). But try there.
