What is the average price or what are most of you girls spending on this? At one bridal store the lady had me try on a headpiece that was like 275 and a veil that was 250 which seems a little steep to me. I want to make sure the veil and headpiece go with my dress so I would rather buy it from the same place I get my dress from. I know there's alot of smaller places in my area that only sell bridal accessories, but then I won't be able to see how it looks with my dress. Do they usuaully give a discount on accessories like these if you buy your dress from the store as well?

when i was in Macy's (where I got my dress) a lot of the veils were like 300-400 dollars which I didn't really want to spend since I am taking my veil off right after the ceremony.
i went to barron's and spent $135 on the veil.
for my headpiece i will spend more bc i feel like its part of my outfit and i will have it on the whole day....theres one I love thats like 300 dollars. I may just go for it!

I've seen them go for all diff prices, it depends on the length and style. check out tricounty... that's prob where I'll be getting mine.
Well actually I can order tiaras and veils through my costume store and get a teacher discount.... but if not, I'll go to tricounty.

The veil I tried on at the salon was $1200!!!
Therefore, I plan on going elsewhere. And probably somewhere in the city for a headpiece.

I'm not from LI and would like to not go any further then SI or BK. I do want a long one with the piece that will cover my face so I'm assuming it will prob cost alot. I just didn't think it would cost like 300 lol.

My veil from kleinfelds (also where I got my dress) is $350. I'm wearing my sisters tiara as my something borrowed

My veil cost $125 i think, my best friend bought it for me as a gift, i got it from the same place I got my dress from. I don't think I'm doing a headpiece, just a simple comb

wow that is crazy! you can get a dress for that price!

I plan on going to Barrons in TriCounty for mine, but I am sure there has to be a place like that around you...Maybe try doing a web search around where you live...

my veil i got thrown in with the price of my dress its plain, cathedral lenght but i think it retailed for like 250-300, and my tiara i got from thomas knoell, it was kinda pricey

my veil was $450 on a comb
I tried one on a Kleinfelds for $2500, I nearly died!!!!
