veil and tiara

I just bought a form fitting Reem Acra's gown that does not have any beads or details. It's a white scoop neck and the back has one single line of white buttons to the end.

I plan to have a sparkly crystal necklace and pretty veil. My question is, I don't know how to wear or what to pick. :( Does it make a difference to have your hair up or down
