Veil/Headpiece - Basia in NYC

Has anyone used a lady named Basia for their headpiece/veil? She works out of her home in the city...my friend used her and was very happy with her.

Looking for additional input.

Was she reasonable?
How far in advance should I contact her?
Is it worthwhile to go to her if I just want a basic fingertip veil?

I don't recall hearing her name before. I know a lot of brides have gotten their veils at Tri-County flea market. My mom wanted to go into the city to look for a veil but we're way out in eastern suffolk so for me it wasn't worth the trip - I'd rather pay a little more than have to go in - I'm so lazy that way
