Is there a difference in quality from veils in a bridal salon to veils in the Flea market or on ebay? If they are the same why are the prices so high? Where would you recommend getting a veil from?

Yes there is a difference!
I had mine custom made a a place in Manhatten. You could tell by the feel, and look of it up close.
Even my photogrpaher complemented me that I had a very well made veil

Well I thought they were all made of tulle. I want a cathedral veil. I don't know the difference in material though. What should I look for?

Re: Veil help
They're not all made of tulle...mine is an english netting - much, much softer than tulle...not scratchy at all and very flowy - whereas tulle is stiffer.
Your best bet would be to just go and try different styles on and see what you like. I found most veils made me feel 'caged in' so I wound up going with a cathedral length mantilla.

Re: Veil help
I think there definintely is a difference as far as texture and style... That's not to say you couldn't find a nice one at Tri-County or on E-bay though! I have been to the woman at Tri-County with a BM for her wedding and she has some beautiful things. Good luck!
