Veil Help!

I am so clueless when it comes to veils. Here's a picture of the back of my dress, I'm petite (5'2). I'm debating between an elbow length or fingertip 2-tier veil - I read somewhere that fingertip may not be good for petite girls.

Please help - how did you guys decide what kind of veil to get? Thanks!

I am 5'3' and I had a single layer finger tip veil.

I bought the fingertip length two tier and I am 5'4'. It looked great with my dress.
