Just wondering if anyone is wearing the veil blusher over your face during the whole ceremony then lifting for the kiss?

Hmmmm.. I think that I am going to have my dad lift it when he gives me a kiss and then keep it up.

I guess this is very old fashion! I'm not sure if I'm going to do this, I kinda like the look and the lifting of the veil when you kiss your husband. Anyone else?

I am wearing it the whole time. I have seen it done before and it is so dramatic at the end.

that's an interesting question. i'm going to have my father lift it so its up during the ceremony. i think it is a nice touch though to leave it on....

me too..though it does sound nice to keep it on the whole time just dont know how well i would function with it on!

I was thinking the same thing, but I'll probably have my dad lift after he had walked me down the aisle.

probably not during whole ceremony since HOPEFULLY it will be outside, and the veil could blow into my face and makeup, and just annoy me.

I am definetly going to keep the veil over my face till the very end...I always imagined it to be that way!!

I'll wear it down the aisle, but not for the ceremony. I actually wanted the veil to be at the top of my head, but now I'm thinking that it might be really annoying if it's windy outside, so I think I may have it placed further back.

Decided today that I am not doing a blusher. I went to a veil appointment and tried different veils and the blusher just wasn't working for me and on me I didn't like the look.
I agree with the dramatic effect though but FH and I are seeing each other before the ceremony and I honestly haven't decided if anyone is giving me away.

another thing to keep in mind....your pictures. Because my photographer asked me 'how I'm wearing my veil that day?' So I told him in the back and he said good 'cause I want to see your face.
