Veil question

Veil question

How do you make your veil not puffy?? I have a two tier fingertip veil and I want it to hang flat down my back.
If I bring it to the dry cleaners and have it steamed will that help flatten it out??

I think it depends on where you put it on your head. If you put it on the top then it might seem puffier. I dont think my veil was puffy and it was in the middle of my hair.
