I am still debating whether to walk down the aisle with the veil over my face or in the back. How did you wear yours?

Re: veil question (with poll)
The reason why I am not having a blusher is b/c I can totally see my dad having a hard time getting it over my head, and knowing my luck it would be sticking up weird!

Re: veil question (with poll)
Mine will be covering my face, then I will have my Dad lift it when he gives his permission for us to marry (giving me away).

Re: veil question (with poll)
this pic is from our rehearsal 30 mins b4 the ceremony
Im Jewish so my face was covered in a Bedeken ceremony. This was how I explained it in my program:
'The Bedeken is the veiling of the bride by the groom. The word “Bedeken comes from the word “to check.” In the biblical story of Isaac and Rebecca, Rebecca veiled herself as a symbol of modesty upon seeing Isaac for the first time. The Torah also recalls the predicament of Jacob who mistakenly believed he was marrying Rachel only to discover later that he had married her sister, Leah. It is, therefore, our custom for the groom to veil the bride before the ceremony. Edward lowered the veil over Leslie’s face to set her apart from all others and to ensure that he will marry the woman he loves.'
