I believe I am paying around $200 for my veil but I am not positive. I don't have the bill in front of me. I know a lot of girls are getting theirs from Barrons in Tri-County Flea Market and you pay a lot less. i got mine from Macy's Bridal Salon the day I chose my dress.

Um, how long does it take you to get to like the Nassau Coliseum? Its probably 10 minutes past that.

Re: Veils
A place in manhattan, next to the Bridal Building, I believe it was located at 1375 Broadway, the name was Ambiance for the Bride...so far very easy to work with, I picked the detailing off one veil and the shape of another, and they had good suggestions. The veil itself was $250, they threw in the blusher for free, mostly I think because my mom and I were arguing over whether or not I really needed one. I also bought a comb there for my hair, around $100 I think.

Re: Veils
i got lucky with mine....since fantasy land in patchogue is going out of business me and my mom went to look there for a plain one for her to finish for me.....well after 15 minutes we found the perfect one! it was lik $35 for the veil and $15 to attach it to a comb....with 15% off!! i think at the very most it was like $50. it's fingertip length layered with a blusher

From where you are I'd say about 25 minutes or so. It's totally worth it!
I got mine for $110 & the tiara for $87 or viceversa. I just know the total was $197 - no tax.
