How much is too much?

I dont have mine yet so no pics but there is such a big price range...most of the bridal stores are pretty expensive imo, they start around 200 but average around 300 and up from there. I will get mine from Tri-county (they have a couple of popular and reputable vendors there). I hear that you can get the same thing from 50 -150 or a little more for something detailed, etc. Also David's Bridal and Estelle's in Farmingdale have them for cheaper.

I just ordered one from ebay for $25
...I didn't get it yet but I'll let you know if it's much different from the ones in the stores

i bought a elbow length veil when i got my dress for $135. then i decided i wanted a cathedral length veil for the ceremony and i went to barrons at tri county and it cost $50. they have great stuff at tri county. she hand makes them. ill let you know how it comes out because i pick it up aug 22nd.

My veil was an Augusta Jones Mantilla fingerlength veil. I bought it in Klienfeld's for $470. They gave me 10% off of that price too.

I paid around $25 for my cathederal length veil with gorgeous material. You can find veils on ebay at much lower prices than bridal shops. Pics can be found on my album.

I have a bird cage veil and it cost me $65....pics in album....as far as what is too much..it depends on the veil...some veils are super long with lots of imbellishments so those are cost more...I guess I would say no more than $150 sounds reasonable.
