Has anyone gotten their veil from Wedding Salon of Manhasset? I have a consultation with their veil person, Dionne, and I'm not sure what to expect. Thanks!

Re: Veils from Wedding Salon of Manhasset?
the only reason i bought a veil there is because it was made for the dress that I bought. It cost over a thousand dollars. If you don't need a veil to match exactly, then I'd recommend not buying it at the wedding salon, they are very overpriced. Instead go to Edward Berger in the city...they often design headpieces and veils for all these stores and charge less.

Hey! I'm not going til this weekend -- sorry we missed each other!
Lafemmenikita -- when you went, were you expected to buy a veil after the consultation with Dionne? I just don't want to feel put on the spot. Thanks

Did you go to Edward Berger? I contacted them about a veil that I wanted and they said that their NYC location is not open to the public. I had a feeling that maybe they make exceptions if you show up, but I bought one of their veils at Macys.
