Veils & Headpieces

Veils & Headpieces

Hey ladies. For those of you who have purchased your veils and headpieces, did you purchase from the bridal salon when you bought your dress? I don't want to be limited to the selection of the bridal salon I ordered my dress from, but at the same time, it's probably a good idea to try the veil on with the dress to get the complete look, right? Thoughts? Thanks!

I got mine from the salon where I got my dress the night they were having a boutique trunk show for HP and Veils. I was able to try on the sample dress with accessories. Looking to sell my HP and veil if you are interested LMK. Veil is ivory with swarovski crystals. 2 Teir.

I did the same thing. I was scared to commit at that point without researching what I wanted. I guess I should look around in the meantime.. Thanks girls

I also went to a veil and HP trunk show at the salon I got my dress at. I tried on my dress sample again so that I could make sure they all looked good together!

I got my dress from Bridal Suite of Bay Shore and they are making my veil. I wanted the lace on my dress to match my veil and the price wan't crazy to do this. I would suggest to ask your salon if they make custom veils. I personally think it's important to try on the veil with your dress.

We got our dresses at the same place -- I love the veil I tried on with my gown but it was close to $1000 and I hadn't looked anywhere else lol. I saw on their website there's a headpiece trunk show at the end of the month so I may go back then.

I got my veil at Kleinfeld's when I picked my dress. It was extremely overwhelming, they sort of came at me with different veils but there was one I loved and it complemented my dress really well, so I went for it. I'm sure I could have found one cheaper elsewhere, but I didn't want to chance it. It was $875 (hangs head in shame).
