I was wondering if anyone knows of any cheaper places in the city to get a veil. My mom said to go to the garment district (37th street), but I am not sure. I want a simple 2 tiered, raw edged, elbow length veil, nothing fancy. It would kill me to spend $200+ dollars on a piece of netting :). Thanks for your help.

There's a store called Sposabella Lace on 40th St between 7th and 8th that had a nice selection of veils and stuff, I was looking at an elbow length, two tiered and it was $60. There is also a store on 6th Ave between 35th and 36th called Metropolitan Imports. I got my shoes from there and they were nice to work with.
I found prices pretty comparable (actually a little less but, not substantially) at Barrons in the Tri-County Flea Market.
