I looked at them and my parents want to book them. But google their name and the first site that comes up is complaints.com. Read people's stories - it made me sure that I didn't want to book them. But they do take nice pictures!

i felt the same way. i thought their work was fabulous but there were a few too many negative comments out there for my liking. i tried to look at things objectively and say that everyone has a different experience, but i just wasn't comfortable with so many negative comments out there. but i wish they had a better rep - i loved their work.

There seem to be some issues with this photog, though I'm not sure what specifically. I will say this much, the work I've seen of theirs was beautiful.

I wouldn't go with them. we met with them. something about them just bothered us. first we walked in and sat around for 10 minutes before someone finally noticed we were there. than the guy barely had time to talk to us before his next appointment came in (we weren't late, and it had been 15 minutes at most) so he shoved us onto another guy which we thought was sort of rude.
than the new guy kept making fun of the other couple there, and just weird stuff like that. who wants to book someone who might start talking about you once you leave? it was sort of funny, but not the kind of photographer we wanted. their work was okay but all of that just scared us away.
we just walked out of there after all that and asked each other did that really all happen? it just seemed a little nuts. the guy had to keep rushing out of the room to get other things from the other guys office (I guess they only have 1 copy of everything in 1 office) I don't even think the papers they gave us made it to the car, I think we threw them out right outside in the trash can.

wow has anyone read any of those complaints? I feel so bad for them. they seem pretty high & mighty about themselves over there. thank god I went with Sherwood triart.

I was interested in them as well, but they had several complaints listed on the better business bureau, and I refuse to use anybody with complaints against them. There are too many good vendors out there to use anybody who has complaints against them.
