Ugh! I hate it when vendors are so full of themselves!! I think that $4.50 per invite is completely reasonable! You were deff right to walk out bc if they are treating you like that now, imagine how it's going to be throughout the rest of the process. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that.

I just went in there for the first time last week. I had the opposite problem, there were three of them there and no one else in the store. I didn't have any issues so much with the staff but the prices were insane. I wanted to rent that hanging birdgcage but it was too much. Those storybook things are like $600 and the custom frames to RENT to put escort cards in are $500... TO RENT!

I can't even spend close to $4 per invitation so that is crazy that they would have nothing much in that range. I ended up getting mine at Michael's.

So sorry this happened to you. Glad for the heads up. We were going to look at invites there. In an establishment with class, it would not matter what your budget is, and your budget is more than reasonable. A salesperson would treat everyone who walked in their door with professionalism. Their loss, now your money and ours will go elsewhere.

I will take my business elsewhere for anyone who doesn't want my business based on what I choose to spend.. it's so ridiculous how people act..

You are not crazy! They should appreciate your business. As a business person it makes me laugh because in reality any sale (even at a small profit margin) is better than no sale at all because you don't know what that person will need tomorrow or next month and a good impression can gain you so much business while a bad one can do so much harm. Not good business sense at all. Buy elsewhere!
