Vendor Gratuity
Hi,
Trying to figure out my vendor gratuities. Our DJ called to confirm final plans and just happened to mention that the standard gratuity is 15 - 18% for the MC/DJ, which would work out to about $500 and sounds insanely high to me. Is this normal? I read a few other threads on here for $100 each - we have a DJ and an MC who will double as a on the spot photographer.
Also, we have two videographers who own the company, my makeup person is someone I work with - how much should I give them?
Finally, we have two photographers, not company owners and working without assistants?
I already have tips for hairdressers, florist delivery person, matre'd and bridal attendant figured out. Amy I missing anyone who would need a gratutiy?
