Re: vendor insurance
RH require all vendors to have insurance. You don't have to use the vendors you RH recommends just make sure that whatever vendors you use does have insurance. Your RH will call and find out who they are insured w and get whatever information they need from the vendor

Re: vendor insurance
I agree with both of the above. ALL reputable vendors carry insurance.
All RH will require your vendors to have insurance. You can use vendors not on their list, but they must have insurance, too!

You don't have to use the recommended vendors, but they will be required to have insurance and they will have to give proof of insurance to the RH.
I could be wrong, but I think it was $1 mil insurance they were required to have

...which means that if my vendor does not have the insurance then I won't be allowed to use them?

Re: vendor insurance
I would say most likely that you won't be able to use a vendor that doesn't have insurance at your RH...

right.
honestly, in my opinion, if a vendor doesn't have the necessary insurance i'd be questioning how reputable they really are ....
i might be going out on a limb with this one, but wouldn't that mean that they've never worked at any RH???
