So we are given the option of paying for the band's meals. It would amount to about 350$.
While we have the money to do so, it would be money we could put towards something else. At the same time I dont want the perforamce to be compromised because we didnt provide them with food.
The band leader did tell us that in the event food is not provided the band is notified to make other arrangements and bring their own.

if you dont have to lay out $350 extra i woulnt do it.... JMHO But i am lucky that at my RH vendors eat for free...

yeah definitely.... we never considered not giving them dinner, they need to eat considering how long of it day it was....
