can anyone tell me how the payment schedules are for photogs, djs etc? im wondering if they have payment schedules like the rh or if you just make the deposit then nothing till the week before the wedding or so? what is the most common way they get paid?
Usually is the deposit and the rest due 1 month before the wedding... But Im sure they have no problem with you give them money in payments as long as its fully paid 1 month before the wedding.

MY PHOTOG IS DEPOSIT. HALF THE MONTH BEFORE AND HALF AFTER THE WEDDING WHEN WE PICK UP THE PROOFS
I found when visiting DJ's that each company had their own payment plan. One DJ wanted 50% as a down payment and another wanted 1/3 of the price as a down payment.
I think it all depends on who you are using...my photog I put down a deposit and then I have 2 payments, one a few months before the wedding and then the last on the day of.....but he told me I can give little by little each month if I wanted..... so I guess it depends.
