if you have time to find another, I'd get out FAST! If they aren't communicating now, do you want to take the chance of a nightmare happening right before the wedding? you want to deal with only supportive and cooperative vendors
good luck!

Depends which vendor and how important the communication needed was.

I agree! If you are not 100% confident in this Vendor, let them go. If their communication isn't up to standards now, it will probably be this way around your big day.

ETA: I haven't Chated with you in a While Cherese!! I will FM You in a lil!

My makeup and hair vendors are notorious for not getting back to people but I am staying with them.

I would say it depends on the type of vendor and as long as you know they have always performed in the past.

I work in events and I have a conference at a hotel in NYC that the banquet manager doesn't return calls until 2 days before the event. It drives me crazy but we use this hotel every year and it goes off without a hitch.

Let them know as a warning and then if it continued, lose em.

I would call and speak with them. If that does not work then say BYEBYE.
