So my FH and I were trying to figure out which vendors we were responsible for the night of the wedding... We have no clue who else we have to pay for aside from the DJ/MC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as always :)

DJ/MC, Photographer. We also have to pay for our photobooth attendant. House vendors eat free.

Definitely Photographer and Videographer if you have one- they are with you all day. Our band told us to save our money and not to feed them but asked that we not tell the hall that they said this.

We just have to pay for our 2 photogs and 1 videographer. We are having an 8 piece band and they told us we dont have to feed them so we're not including them in our count.

I believe we are paying for:
- 2 Photographers (and the assistant if they have one) - DJ - MC - Steel Drummer (although he may not even be there for the dinner part, so we may not have to pay for him, I'll have to ask about that one)

That's great that they just told you... I need to come up with a way of asking but not really asking, you know what I mean? lol
