vendor RANT
seriously folks I am tired of people telling me I should grow my hair out long to make it worht the cost of the BRIDAL hair do. I love my short and sassy hair.
I stopped asking hairdressers MONTHS ago to cut me some slack due to my short and sassy locks. Now, unprompted and impromptu I get people telling me that the price is the same and maybe a) I should consider extensions or b) grow my hair out with out so much as a haircut until my nuptuals.
AND ANOTHER THING...........
If I say thank-you, but no thank you to a service or a vendor due to pricing, time or any other reason VENDORS please stop telling me that I
a) get what I pay for
b) am ridiculous to think I can get other wise
c) am being unrealistic.
The last little paragraph goes out to the 2 obnoxious hair and make up people I talked with briefly today. I refuse to get my girls up at 4am so you, and YOU ALONE can come fix our hair and do our make up! It is not unreasonable to take my whole BP to a salon or have a team of 3-4 people com to my hotel. Just because YOU think it is unreasonable.
Vendors please?!?!?!? Stop pushing us around. We are brides and we have a lot of burden to carry. Dealing with cantankerous vendors is low on my list, especially if I don't have a contract with you!!!
