Vendor Rant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had ordered my wedding programs over a month ago. It was an on-line vendor I found through ebay.
Before I paid the vendor I sent a message asking if I would be able to see a proof before hand. she said sure...blah blah blah....well almost 3 wks past....I sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls and nothing. I was starting to panic. Finally on Tuesday (July 8th) 4 days before my wedding she called me back and said she never got my email. She checked her emails while I was on the phone with her and she saw my 1,000 emails.
I told her my wedding is in 4 days W T F!?!?!?!? am I going to get my programs or what? I paid for them over 3 weeks ago. She sent me the proof and I made a detour back to my house just to check the proof and email it back to her with corrections.
Well....I got them today and she didn't even look at my edits! The front side looks like crap!!!!!!!
I'm soooo pissed but keep telling myself to relax because it could be worse....I could have not received them and would have had to be making 180 programs today!

I'm not sure of the rules of LIWeddings. I would like everyone to know who this vendor is. Kim or Ron or Liz if you can fm me and let me know if it's okay. I do not want anyone else to go through the hell I have gone through with this company a few days before my wedding. (It's not a LI vendor)

I put in a dispute with AMEX and got my money back. I hope you used your credit card?

I have tried calling them all day today to tell them off but they are not answering the phone and their voicemail box is full!

so sorry that this happened to you- I am pretty sure that you can dispute this with paypal- I would try contacting them and see what they say.

You can definitely file a dispute through paypal...gather all your evidence and write a very detailed disoute claim
