you NEED to call the manager and complain. If you don't remember the womens name just describe her. Then you can tell the manager how you will never recomend any other bride to go there, blah blah blah, make them feel like a**holes

WHAT?! I can't believe how RUDE she was....thats insane!!!!

i would seriously complain to a manager.....you don't deserve to be treated like that...

I'm soo sorry that you had such a bad experience there, I had the opposite and if I were you I would have complained. And its crap that she wouldn't let you look through the dresses, I was able to go through the dresses along with my sister and select ones along with the attendent selecting dresses

I liked the woman I worked with there for the most part but the customer service there was lacking a bit. Like she was writting me up and then went to take money from another person,,,while my BM were still waiting to try on dresses. She helped me sooo much but ignored my BM for the most part. If you are looking for a shop in that area try the bridal salon in lynnbrook (like 5 min away from Lillettes). I didnt look at bridal gowns there (looked at bm dresses)but it was much less crowded and the sales people were very helpful. From what I saw they had a large selection of bridal gowns =)

WOW.. so sorry you had that experience.. i'm guessing you didn't see geri because she was such a sweetheart! she even knew i wasn't going to buy a dress that day and was very helpful!!

i have seen a lot of mixed reviews on lillettes.. you aren't the first to have a bad experience..

hope you find 'the one' soon!!
