Vendor Rant: Glamgal
Just the facts ladies. Take them as you will:
Before I placed an order back in August at glamgal.com, I asked if they had more than enough time to make a veil. I wanted a simple elbow length silk organza veil, no beading, no embroidery, nothing. I placed the order in the middle of August with reassurances that there was more than enough time left. I was getting worried last week since I hadnt received the veil yet. I called and was told that my veil had been shipped out friday morning. Although I was a bit annoyed by this, I felt better knowing it was in transit. Well, I receive an email this morning asking me for my shipping address because they had misplaced it. Not only was I lied to last week, but now I dont know if I will be getting it in time for the wedding. When I placed my order back in August, within minutes my credit card was charged. They are quick to take you money, but not quick to do the job. Please save yourself undue stress and learn from my mistake.
