So I ordered my STD through VistaP rint last week. I got them yesterday and the print on the bottom looked NOTHING like the proof. The color of the font was much darker then the online proof. I called them last night and they are replacing the ENITRE order for no charge and they are even rush shipping them to me. While I'm upset that they were messed up in the first place I'm THRILLED that they are replacing them and didnt give me a hard time. Props to Vista Print!!!

I had almost the same situation with Magnet Street! Hate when companies screw up but love when companies stand by their products.

Glad they are fixing them. They do have a good reputation and stand behind their products. During my order process I was instant messaging an agent, and she verified that it was OK. I was nervous that some of the print would be cut off.

I was just so glad that they werent argumentative or anything! I almost expected them to say 'well thats the color you picked'. There was no argument at all. In fact the rep that I worked with even suggested a different font size and color and now it is going to look even better! I just cant wait for them to get here!

My bridal shower invites came from vista print and the packaging was awful so some of them got bent. We got in touch with them and they credited my account for the full amount of the shower invites which was very nice of them. They offer great customer service!
