ok so a while ago i ordered personalized bm wine glasses from an etsy vendor... got 8 for abt $20-$21 ea
well i got one for every bm including my 18 yo sister....on sun night, fh asked his girl cousin to be part of our bp... she's 19... so obv i need to ger a wine glass as well (since i already got my sister one)
i email the etsy vendor and she wants to charge me full price for 1 ... total of $33 w/shipping & handling

i already bought 8 glasses from you woman...oh and i have referred many friends...***
hate you!
anyway...liw girls, what should i do? bite the bullet and buy the glass or get her something else?

Stick to your guns! I would definitely tell her that you've given her a lot of money AND referrals and the least she could do is give you the courtesy of giving you the discounted price.

Ugh... that s*cks that she won't give you the discount, but if she adamantly refuses, I would probably cave and buy one from her at full price - it might be weird if all of your girls get one and she doesn't.

first i would try to buy something similar elsewhere for less money
if that doesn't work, i would give the girls younger than 21 something else (not the glass) ... you can then give your sister the wine glass some other time (when the 19 year old isn't around)

i would find someone else to do the glass for you, shes being ridiculous!! youre a repeat customer thats given her more business from others! either way i would stick to the wine glasses for your bm

she's sorry i'm dissappointed but is not able to offer the 9th glass at a lower price bc it is not cost efficient for her...
so do i **** it up and buy the 9th glass at $33 or do i get the 9th bm something completey different....
i'm more mad at the lack of CS than the actual price... u know?

I would get the glass from her. You want them to look like they were made at the same time instead of it being an after thought.

were you able to find another vendor who does personalized glasses? i dont think your bms will notice if theyre a little different... honestly that crap pisses me off i wouldnt order from her unless i absolutely had to

I would say,
'I understand, but you also have to understand where I am coming from. If you take a small loss on this, you still maintain a good relationship with someone who has referred customers and will continue. If you do not, I will try to find the glass at a less expensive price and begin referring people to that seller. I have also been vocal about my disappointment and other girls who were planning on buying glasses from you have dropped out.
