vendor rave

although ive been screwed by others or other i should say, i have to point those out who are amazing and so helpful.

I contacted wendy trout in february for hand calligraphy and told her middle of march and she said that was fine. Well bc my invites never came and she never received JUST the cardstock that should go on top of the boxes from the invite place, couldnt be the week i had told her. I emailed her to let her know and she still offered to help, only thing she said is that this past weekend she'll be at an event all day sunday so if she receives it by saturday she can start working on it and will send it out on tuesday. Well on saturday she called to tell me as soon as she received the package, and then i had to call her 5 more times soon after bc she needed info and to clear things up with things on my guestlist but she was so nice and patient the whole time.

She even emailed me last night and said bc of the cardstock i bought it takes longer to dry and she bc of the metallic paper she had to do some over so she needed more cardstock and said she will go to michaels herself during her lunchbreak to get the rest of the cardstock for me. She even just called me now from michaels to tell me what cardstock she found and if it would be ok.

She is sending them to me today overnight, theres only about 30-40 she needs to finish and the rest she will mail to me tomorrow.

She is awesome bc i know she usually just does this on the weekends since she works full time but bc of my situation she even offered to help and has been so great. Her going to buy the cardstock herself helped out ALOT

so if anybody is interested in hand calligraphy, definitely recommend her and her prices are lower than most others.

well considering i had to fed ex her on a friday and do it overnight, yeah that cost more but only bc saturday delivery is like twice the price so thats why. And if you do regular shipping it will be even less. I was in a different situation where i didnt have any time at all.
