VENDOR RAVE!!!!! DBR
We booked Designs by Rose as our florist and could not be happier. They have really been working with us with deciding what additional flowers to use, centerpiece layout, etc, and I've posted a rave about them before because they have great prices and great quality of flowers etc.
However, I have to rave about their customer service! They have gone above and beyond what we would have expected from a florist!
There are a number of non floral items that we need and Doris & Rose offered to get us pricing on them... We needed candle bases for pillar candles and they found them for us at a great price and no shipping cost. Also, I need a lot of ribbon for my DIY pocketfold invitations and favor boxes, and they are going to be able to get that for us for a great price! Then, since I really want to keep with my wedding colors, I need silk petals in blue and brown (since real roses don't come in these colors, they can't provide these, obviously)... BUT Doris will be able to get them for me for HALF the price that I found them - the SAME EXACT ONES!
I knew that they were very nice and we had a good rapport with them which made it easier to book with them, but we never expected them to offer to help us with non-flower items. I am so impressed and wanted to share.
