Vendor RAVE for favors
This is a little long, but you could just skip to the last paragraph if its too much.
We ended up ordering our favors online without ordering a sample. Bad move, I know. I saw the 'to have and to hold' refrigerator magnets that someone posted a while back and thought they were really cute and a different idea. I showed them to FH and his mom and they loved them. So, I did a search and found them significantly cheaper on this website.

They were $2.03 each there, but more like $2.60 or closer to $3 each on other sites. So, I ordered.
The magnets came in like 2 days, so I was really excited with the quick delivery. When I opened them though I was a little disappointed because they were way smaller than what I had envisioned, (but that was my fault completely, b/c the description on the website gave the accurate measurements).
So, I called the company to say that I was not satisfied with the product and wanted to return it, but thanked them for the prompt delivery. Within a day I had a return UPS label emailed to me with apologies for the product not being up to my expectations and assurance that credit would be issued, less shipping charges.
So, now I am ordering a different favor with my credit from this site. Again, I think the price I am getting it for is a better price than what I have seen elsewhere. I emailed customer service to say what new favor I would be ordering in place of the magnets. Without any prompting from me, customer service sent me an email saying that as a professional courtesy they would be throwing in complimentary personalization tags with my order with no additional shipping charged. They asked that I just email which tags I would like. I was so pumped that I actually got something for nothing without even complaining or asking for it.
So, FYI, www.enchantedengagementfavors.com has excellent customer service and very quick shipping/delivery.
