Vendor Rave from an '06 Bride (Serenity Limo)
This past weekend DH & I went away to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
We needed transportation to and from JFK, so I called up Serenity Limos who had provided the limos for our wedding.
Eddie, the owner, answered the phone, and instead of identifying myself by name, I told him it was his favorite '06 LIW bride (exhaulting myself to that status![]()
). It took him a nano second to realize exactly who he was talking to! I knew he would evenutally figure it out, but I didn't expect it to be like the best friend you haven't spoken to in six months that asks you to say one sentance and immediately recognizes your voice! Once again, Eddie impressed me with his memory! He had heard through the grapevine that DH & I had a baby, and was quick to offer up congrats.
The price was just as perfect for a trip to the airport as it was for my wedding three years ago.
The limo arrived promptly, and much to my surprise (since I thought he was kidding when he said it), instead of sending a town car, he sent the white stretch!!! That was absolutely perfect, as pick up time was 4AM, and it enabled DH & I both to sleep on the way to the airport.
Eddie promised that on the return, by the time I got off the plane, the driver would have left a message on my cellphone, with his number to call and let him (the driver) know I was on the ground. The driver did not disappoint. As promised the message, complete with phone number was waiting when I hit the terminal.
Both drivers were courteous, and prompt. The limos (yes, he sent a stretch to pick us up as well) were spotless.
For any bride looking for limos, I can't say enough good things about Eddie and Serenity. The service was impeccable 3 years ago, and I'm thrilled to be able to say nothing has changed!
