Vendor Rave (Invites)
Invitations by Dawn was absolutely fantastic through the whole process...
They send free samples, and they send them quick!
You can only request 3 at a time, but you can just ask for more in the next order if you know what i mean... you don't have to wait a few days to order the next batch or anything.
I requested the same sample several times in order to try out different things with it and they had no problem with that.
Their website is easy to navigate but I had a few questions so I called customer service..
It turned out that the invite i wanted from their site had custom wording and a special fond and layout...
I couldn't do the layout myself online.
They transferred me to the ordering department and the girl was wonderful. She was friendly to chat with and answered all my questions. She helped me with wording and punctuation because I had been having issues with that.
She told me that they take 1-3 days to process the orders and that they ship from NJ so I should have my invites in 4-6 days.
I ordered them on Monday evening, and I got them before 1pm Thursday afternoon.
They came nicely packed in a box and are perfect.
I also got a free gift for spending over a certain amount (but i didn't really spend that much the sales girl just threw it in b/c we were chatting for so long)
