Went to Kleinfelds today and said yes to the dress! The experience was AMAZING and far exceeded my expectation! I found the perfect dress. I worked with Keasha she was a doll and sooo helpful. Also met Randi and he was great! I highly recommend going....it is an experience every bride should have.

I'm the only one that didn't like them. Granted I went there in 95 when I got married the 1st time. I'm long since divorced.
My dress was $2900 at the time and they acted like we weren't worth their attention. Why I still bought a dress there I'll never know.
Glad you guys had a good experience.

Yeah we went for my sister's wedding and on one hand it's really upscale and whatever, but we also were treated a little rudely. They're kind of snooty

Sorry to hear about some negative experiences....the dress was a bit pricier than some I had tried on in other places but it was the one. I def was toward the lower end of the spending spectrum at Kleinfeld though and Keasha was still super attentive and sweet....no one was at all snotty...guess it depends on who you work with and the day! Hope all the brides who are going to visit in the future have as good of an experience as I did!

ITA! I hear people say negative things about them all the time. but every experience with them was positive for me. I have horror stories about other places! haha! But Kleinfelds wasn't snooty at all with me... and my dress was def on their lower end of the prices.
