Vendor RAVE--Need rings??

FH and I both got our rings there. My engagement ring is a family heirloom and quite unique in design. Not much fit with it (literally and in terms of style). PLUS, it's two-tone and I really wanted my band to complement that. I also liked the idea of FH's ring and mine complementing each other as well.
Most places pretty much laughed at me when I told them what I wanted OR told me they could do a custom job for thousands of dollars--not in the budget.
Helzberg (in the Smith Haven Mall) has been nothing but wonderful from the day we first walked in. They've been SO helpful, are reasonably priced, didn't push to upsell us and the manager even offered to see if they could customize a ring that I really liked, but was entirely white gold.
Well, they did it! Fast! And for a GREAT price! Even BEFORE it was paid in full! They had even told me that if I wasn't happy with it after it was done, they would figure out a way to refund it even though it was a custom order. We went to see it today and I was in tears it was so perfect! Can't wait to wear it every day!!

ETA: They even clean my engagement ring for free every time we go in there! I can't recommend this place enough!
