Vendor Rave!! + Question About Chocolate

I just received my baci chocolates!!! I just ordered them yesterday!!! Plus they were the best price I found online.

Now my problem is they got here too early. chocolate won't go bad in three weeks right? Especially since its still cold.

yeah, chocolate will last a long time as long as it's not melting you can put it in your fridge / freezer if you're worried.

oh, and congrats on the 'check' ...

dont put it from hot to cold then hot again...

just throw it in the freezer if its was cold when you got it, but honestly, keep it in a cabinet, as long as its sealed it'll be fine.

I've kept my chocolate in the cabinet for over a month before i melted it into molds.

I wouldn't put the chocolate in the freezer/fridge - chocolate shouldn't be kept cold unless it's going to be eaten that way. Just leave it and it will be fine.

If you put chocolate in the refrigerator you run the risk of it getting a white chalky appearance. If tastes fine but looks bad.
Chocolate lasts a long time as long as you keep it away from heat and direct sun.

Don't put it in the fridge! It will be fine for 3 weeks in the pantry (not near hot, cold, or light). If they are sealed you have nothing to worry about!

ITA! - just think about chocolates in the supermarket or how long a box of valentines lasts. You wouldn't want to risk any potential temperature reactions.

Excited and stressed!!! I still haven't booked some major vendors!! But I'm sure it'll all work out in the end.
