I was scrambling to get my BM tote order in by the end of their one day sale the other day. I loved a design but wished it could be slightly changed. I emailed the wedding chicks (weddingchicks.com) and asked if the change was possible, someone responded within minutes that it was. when I placed the order and followed up with the exact design change I wanted, I got a proof 10 minutes later and it was perfect. I was blown away by their customer service and I can't wait to get my totes!!!

Re: Vendor RAVE - wedding chicks
i couldn't agree more. I am beyond obsessed with them and have never had a more responsive vendor. They sent the proofs immediately and are just so pleasant to work with. LOVE THEM and will be ordering a ton more from them.

Re: Vendor RAVE - wedding chicks
just wanted to report back that I received my totes in the mail and they are PERFECT. I'm going to use them as part of the BMs gifts and also give them out to some female family members.
very very happy with the customer service and the product

Yes, they are awesome! I ordered 3 keepsake hankies, one for each mom and one for my FG. They came out so nice!
I'm happy to hear you all like the totes...I'm looking for one to fill up for my FG but not sure where to order from yet.
