Does the vendor table get a centerpiece and decorated like the other tables? And are the vendors supposed to have placecards or do you just tell them where their table is?

I did not have a vendor table. My vendors did not sit and eat with the rest of my guests, I think they were in the cocktail room during dinner eating, but not 100% sure. You do not need place cards for them either.
Did your hall tell you they have to sit in the reception room?

o..good point...I didn't even think of them not sitting in the same room as us... duh, stress makes me sloooow
