How many Weeks before do vendors start calling and setting up final arrangements?

I called them. The month before I had my sample centerpiece appointment, three weeks before I was to finalize the music and most of the vendors wanted final payment two weeks before. I also did my menu two weeks before and saw my photographer the week of.

Mine all got in touch with me 8-6 weeks before and everything was/is due month before.
