Hey guys,
I am in the process of finalizing our final headcount. Do i have to tell them the exact number of vendors that will be in the reception? Please help

I would think yes especially if you're feeding them. Your venue needs to know how many meals to have.

I had to tell the number of vendors eating that were not on the vendors preferred listing - those we had to pay for. But, otherwise, yes.
