Vendor's Insurance

Has anyone had to provide their RH with their Vendor's proof of Insurance? Mine is requesting it, so now I have to call every vendor and have them fax it. UGH...so annoying lol.

yeah, most RHs require it - maybe give your RH the list and let them make the calls

that shouldn't be on you

Are you having them fax to you and then you fax to the TC, or are you having them fax directing to the TC?

They sent me a letter saying I have to do it, if I'm not using one of their vendors...and of course I'm not using any of theirs lol.

im having them fax to me first but i might just have them fax to thatched now... its getting frustrating

Just to make sure I get them all, you did Photographer, videographer, florist, DJ?

Do you have to do Limo??

also ceremony music if your not having them part of your DJ crew. I dont think limos but hmm maybe... florist you dont have to provide from what i remember

I actually just called my DJ and he said that he's already aware of it and automatically proceeses it. So that's good lol. One down haha.

Yeah, I think this is pretty standard though. I just printed out the info on sheets of paper and gave it to each vendor either when I mailed a payment or when I went to meet with them. Then I followed up on e-mail to confirm.
