Sorry - I mistook bumping a 3 week old thread and making two vague posts as doing some digging and exposing.

I was just trying to point out that it's more effective to tell LIW. Why wouldn't they be the obvious person to contact about inappropriate posters/vendors?

Can I just say one thing to everyone on these thread....

While I don't post that much I have been on this board for quite sometime and I am a little upset about the way this is being talked about by some people.

If I can recall correctly in the past when fake brides came on this site you people are the first with the pinochios.....that is what I thought was done to alert Liz and Ron...heck i didn't even know they had FM.

So everyone just chill out....I don't understand the nastiness in some of these responses. I have been nothing but nice to everyone on this board since I began posting on this. Someone should of FM'd me in the beginning before posting stuff like that is being posted.

And I did it on two boards because I was not sure if everyone here went to BHB board and one of the post was in a NWR forum.

Not really seeing the apology more like a sorry with some sarcasm after it but to each his own we all apologize in different ways.

so what you are saying is that you do not like people posting that they sell Pampered Chef or have a daycare in thier house??

No I personally think that is wrong if that is all you are doing on these boards. However, it would not be wrong if you were a regular poster here and as long as its not all you continue to post on after your wedding.

I could be an entrepreneur that got married three years ago and never been on these boards and start selling tubberware and then posting people to call me. I think that is wrong....you are still a vendor in my eyes trying to escape paying Ron and Liz money for advertising.

yes..i would want that on the boards either...
I do like it when fellow brides share their experise or knowledge but people who come on to get business...i would like that

And as far as the fake brides are concerned..It irks me too! Yes this isn't my board/boards but i remember how innocent and new i was to the wedding process. And for venders to pose as fake bride to get business on the BHB board is wrong....
And usually obvious, so accussations aren't usually wrong...When you look at their posts and 99% of them are about a specific vender accompanied by the number...please
Girls go to that board for bride help.

Of coarse ignore those but what i find annoying is when you ask about Limos and you get fake brides giving answers!
