Venetian Yacht Club

My fiance and I are thinking about booking our wedding at the Venetian Yacht Club for next November. Since its so far from Queens, we may be doing the ceremony at VYC, or maybe looking to see if we can get married at St. Joseph's since it is close to the VYC.

I need opinions on what you think we should do. I would also like feedback about the VYC. THANKS!

We are booked there and are soo excited! The people that work there are so sweet and are definitely willing to listen to what you want. We had our food tasting and loved it! I have never personally attended a wedding there but friends and family have and had nothing negative to say. FM me if you have any specific questions

VYC was awesome! Check out my review for pics. It was beautiful, staff was friendly & food was fantastic. I can't say enough nice things about VYC, they went above & beyond anything I could have asked for.

What time do you recommend I do the ceremony at the church? Does St. Joseph's charge a fee to marry us, or is it a donation?

I'm actually booked at VYC in October 2011. They were great with working with us and our budget. Put together a fantastic package. And we are actually having our ceremony at St. Joseph's. I am biased though because my dad is a Deacon there. They do require a 'donation', however it's mandatory. They are willing to work a payment plan out however.

Let me know if you have any questions or anything.
And congrats and good luck!

Thanks ladies!

So we are going to stick with getting married in St. Michael's Church in Flushing, NY.

I am so excited about booking with VYC. I will be going for a food tasting on Monday, and can't wait.
