Venetian Yacht Club

After looking at 4 places we have decided to have the wedding at the Venetian. We have been there twice and love it. Were probably going to go one more time with my parents and then book. Any questions I should ask before we book? Anything specific about the place I should ask about? Thanks!

Aw nice choice! Make sure they put in your contract a clause that if you don't like the food after tasting you get all your money back, including your full deposit and make sure you read it carefully.

aww i'm super excited for you, i was so happy when i booked my rh, that I think i literally jumped up and down.

Are you getting married at the RH?

I had an appt to see the venetian last sat afternoon...When I got to the RH, there were guests gathered waiting to be seated for a ceremony being held there. Unfortunately FH and I were in jeans, along with our parents....If I were the bride, I would have been upset....Therefore, maybe you can ask them to not book appts during the time when you and your guests will be arriving at the venue....

Regardless, I thought the place was beautiful!

Good choice!!! We went to see it and it was beautiful and I loved it being right on the lake. Did you work with Samantha? I thought she was so nice I really enjoyed meeting with her!

My parents went there for a wedding recently and they said it was excellent!!

Congratulations!! Good luck with the contract signing, etc!!!

One of my good friends had her reception there! I Absolutely loved it- it's beautiful! CONGRATS!

We are working with Samantha and she has been the best. Every email I have sent her she has wrote back in less then an hour.

Hmm FH LOVED it there!!! I heard a rumor that they are getting their carpets redone, Maybe ask them when that will take place / be finished??

Congrats!!! FSIL had her wedding their in July 09 and it was beautiful! Will you be in the upstairs room or downstairs?

Before you sign, ask them for stuff to throw in. Thats when we got a lot of cocktail hour add ons.

The carpets were in when I went last Sat. Also the detail on the wall is being done. Plus she said the uplighting will be getting done in the near future. :) Thanks I am so excited I can not wait to book!
