I am going for my food tasting tomm night and I was wondering if anyone else went yet? Where did they have you sit? Did you have a goo variety of food? Should we tip the waiter?

hiya! I had my tasting a couple of weeks ago. We did it on a saturday afternoon, so the food came from a wedding that was going on. They sat us at a dining room table (set up for dinner) in a conference room next to the offices. We were pretty much given whatever was being served upstairs. The appetizers were an assortment of seafood beef and chicken items. Then for the entrees they brought 2 chicken 2 beef and 2 fish already plated( again whatever the bride chose) and we split it up amongst the 6 of us. For Dessert we got coffee/espresso with an assortement of petite fours and chocolate covered strawberries. Id say the assortment was fair, we walked out stuffed and they were extremely polite and accomodating. We did tip our server as she brought all the food and drinks and checked on us alot. HTH!!

Sounds like fun!! How much tip did you give since its not like a regular restaurant?

Well I REALLY had no idea how much to give, i tried to google and i came up with nothing, we ended up giving her $50 bucks. I hope that was okay lol
