Where are you ladies? =) I want to see how many of my 'twins' are in 2011...and maybe we can compare notes about the VYC haha

Ohhhh and your wedding is so close to mine!

I actually have a question for you--did you know Daisy was leaving? I went there to look at it again with my FH after I booked it (he told me whatever I wanted was fine, haha) and I was greeted by the new girl there, Samantha. Although she was really sweet, no one warned me about the new coordinator, and I was a little dissapointed.

But otherwise....I love the VYC =) I am so excited to have my wedding there! I even looked at it online before I got engaged. Are you doing any of the extras? We're def gonna do the sushi platters at the cocktail hour and my FH and I might bite the bulled and pay for the viennese hour!

I dont know who Daisy is? We are having the seafood boat w/ lobster at CH and we are having the sushi plates too. And we are having the vienniese hour. All those things is mainly b/c my mother wants them....LOL!

Are you going anywhere to take pics before you go to VYC or are you taking them all there besides church(if your getting married in church)

im a vyc bride
but giulio is our bm
and hes been so fab
i must email him 4 times a week
and he always responds right away
hes so wonderful!

My cocktail hour is in the big room downstairs...my reception is upstairs

I'm taking pictures in Northport village I think after the ceremony...weather permitting! What to do if it's (gasp!) raining....

I think it'll be dark out by the time we get to the Venetian

So far I LOVE this place, even with Daisy leaving =)

What are your girls' plans? Pictures there? Any ceremonies there?

BTW I was watching Say Yes to the Dress a couple weeks ago and I was like 'wow, that place looks like the Venetian....' and it was! I was a little ridiculously excited!

Giulio is my BM and I love him! He's great!

Our CH is in the big room downstairs and our reception is upstairs too. We are going straight to VYC after church bc we are not going to have enough time to go somewhere else in between(unfortuntely)

I also had a question, i havent asked there myself yet... but i have been hearing that they don't allow the photo booths?!? that would be a major bummer. Do any of you know anything about this??

Your the day after me! Im 10/7/11 at VYC! Im not interested in having a photo booth so I didnt ask them about it. Sorry I can't help you. :(

i spoke to giulio about it and he said there alowed they just have to be able to get it up the stairs or wherever it is that ur having ur room
but he didnt say no

I am!!
I have a few price quotes - I'll FM them to you tonight. I'm at work and don't have the numbers handy.
Basically it sounds like it'll cost between $ 850- 1000
Depending on which company you go with if I'm remembering correctly.

Hey Ladies, I'm A VYC bride as well. June 17, 2011. I have the big room downstairs for my CH and then the room upstairs for my reception! Giulio is our bm and he is amazing!! I would love to add something extra but it is so expensive to add one thing for the possible amount of guest i will be having.
