Venetian Yacht Club Tasting Review!

I had my tasting last night with my parents and FH. The food was amazing!! They had us sit in the cocktail room and we had water and champagne waiting for us. They offered us other drinks as well. They first brought out cocktail stuff: shrimp wasabi, vegetable dumplings, pork dumplings, shrimp and cheese quasadillas, duck skewer, beef rollup, fried polenta and jumbo shrimp cocktail.Then we each got a mozzarella,tomato,prosciutto, red pepper saled with fresh pesto sauce and a balsamic reduction. The entrees we had were 2 filets, salmon with apricot glaze, chicken stuffed with spinach,cheese and sundried tomatos. The salmon was unbelievable and probobly the best thing I have had to eat in a long time and the guys loved the filet. They then brought us coffee, petit fours filled with vanilla cake and raspberry filling and strawberries covered with dark chocolate and white chocolate with sprinkles. I cant believe we have to wait a year to eat the food :( We also met with Chef Scott. Daisy and Toni Ann both came to check with us and chat. Our server Katie was super nice and sweet and kept refilling our drinks without us even asking.
